WIN a pair of tickets for The Mikado at English National Opera

Win an unforgettable night at the opera - enter now for a chance to win a pair of tickets to see The Mikado, plus a bottle of wine and a delicious picnic box for two to make your evening extra special.

One of the most famous and best-loved of Gilbert & Sullivan's operettas The Mikado makes a welcome return to the London Coliseum this October.

A topsy-turvy love story, with puffed-up politicians, officious officials and incompetent institutions… it’s all farcically familiar.

Jonathan Miller's dazzlingly inventive song-and-dance staging never fails to delight audiences and critics alike.

Packed full of memorable melodies, the most celebrated moment of all is the Lord High Executioner Ko-Ko’s ‘little list’ song, which is always a topical highlight of this celebrated production.

    'A glorious production'
    ★★★★ Daily Express

    ★★★★ The Independent

Nanki-Poo loves Yum-Yum but she’s betrothed to Ko-Ko, the new Lord High Executioner. When the Mikado orders a beheading, Nanki-Poo and Ko-Ko try to come to an arrangement that doesn’t involve anyone losing their head!

For a night filled with hilarious characters, familiar tunes and buckets of fun, The Mikado doesn't disappoint.
